Plan Information - Narrative Info Tab

General Information

The Narrative Information window allows the user to enter identifying additional information used in the narrative for the currently selected plan. Pro users must select a single plan before opening the Plan Information window. This window can be accessed by clicking on the plan name in the background or by selecting Plan Information from the File menu and then clicking on the Narrative Info tab. Cover page information may be entered on the AAP Cover Page Tab.

Type in all available narrative information, which will appear throughout the published AAP narrative. Regulations require that an executive officer be named for each AAP. Exclusion of data in the Executive Officer, Executive Officer’s Title, EEO Coordinator, City and EEO State fields will cause awkward verbiage and punctuation in the published narrative.

Controls

Executive Officer - This is the top-level company official who has overall responsibility for the current plan.

Executive Officer's Title - This is the Executive Officer's job title.

Dun & Brad # - This is the Duns number issued by Dunn & Bradstreet, Inc.

EIN - This is the Employer Identification Number issued by the IRS.

EEO-1 # - This is the employer identification number issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for the EEO-1 report.

EEO Coordinator - This is the name of the individual given responsibility by the Executive Officer for the creation and implementation of the AAP.

EEO Email - This is the EEO Coordinator's email address.

EEO Company - This is the name of the facility where the EEO Coordinator is located.

EEO Address - This is the address for the EEO Coordinator.

EEO City - This is the city for the EEO Coordinator.

EEO State - This is the state for the EEO Coordinator.

Zip - This is the zip for the EEO Coordinator.

Parent Company - This is the name of parent company for the currently selected plan.

Parent Dun & Brad # - This is the Parent Company's Duns number issued by Dunn & Bradstreet, Inc.

Parent EIN - This is the Parent Company's Employer Identification Number issued by the IRS.

EEO-1 # - This is the Parent Company's employer identification number issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for the EEO-1 report.

Delete Button - Pro users may delete the selected plan from a company.

OK Button - Saves any changes and closes the plan information window.

Cancel Button - Cancels any changes and closes the plan information window.

Proceed to Plan Information - AAP Cover Page Tab.
