The Salary Summary Report is helpful when your company is audited by the OFCCP, and it is formatted to provide the information requested by the OFCCP in their scheduling letter for audits. The OFCCP requests this report by Salary Grade, or Range. The report is sorted by Salary Grade if you have included Salary Grades. Otherwise, the report is completed by job.
