The Exact Binomial test is a statistical analysis used to determine if the percent of female or minority employees in a particular group when compared to the availability of females or minorities for that group occurred by chance or possibly by prohibited employment practices. Results of .05 or greater pass the test. This test may be used in the Availability and Utilization Analyses.
