Use of the 80% Rule in the Availability Analysis, Utilization Summary and Annual Goals report will compare your current utilization of females and minorities to the total availability of females and minorities that is determined by the selection of factors, the weight placed on them, and the Statistical Sources selected in the Job Groups window.  The calculation method of each job group can be set in the Availability & Utilization tab of the Job Groups window.

The calculation method of each job group can be set in the Availability & Utilization tab of the Job Groups window.

Use of the 80% Rule in the Adverse Impact Analysis will determine whether the selection rates of non-favored groups are within 80% of the selection rates of favored groups in each analyzed job or job group. The calculation method of each report can be set in the Adverse Impact Report Options button in the Report Options tab of the Reports icon.
