To correctly use the Line of Progression report, you must enter Job Progression information from the “Jobs” editing window. The jobs must be entered in order of progression. For example, Courier feeds to Administrative Assistant.
The Line of Progression report lists every job within your organization and the series of possible job progressions. Total numbers of employees currently in the jobs and percentages are also shown.
The Line of Progression report is an item that may be specifically requested during an OFCCP compliance review, but is not normally included in your affirmative action plan. Often an organizational chart will suffice when the OFCCP requests a Line of Progression report during a compliance review.
