If you prepared last year’s plan in The Complete AAP, skip these instructions and follow the ImportGoals instructions.

You will need to have the Annual Goals and Base Group by job group from the previous plan in front of you to follow the instructions below.

1) Click the Progress icon.

2) When the following message appears, click Yes.

3) Confirm that the Dates of Data are correct. They should be exactly one year prior to your current plan year.

Example: If current plan year is 1/1/15 - 12/31/15, Adverse Impact dates are 1/1/14 - 12/31/14.

If they are not correct, type the dates or choose dates from the calendar.
