Plan Information - AAP Cover Page Tab

General Information

The AAP cover page information tab allows the user to enter a company name and logo for the currently selected plan. Pro users must select a single plan before opening the Plan Information window. This window can be accessed by clicking on the AAP Cover Page tab from the PlanInformation Plan Information window. Additional information about this plan may be entered on the PlanInfoNarrative Narrative Info tab.

• AAP Cover Page Tab

  Plan Name - If the Plan Name field in the Plan Information General Info tab does not have enough characters for your full company name, this field can be used to display your company's full name on the cover pages.  What is entered here will only appear on the cover pages of the AAP, not on each report, so an abbreviated version of your company name should still be entered into the Plan Information General Tab so your company name will appear on the top of each page of every report in your plan. 

 Plan Name Line 2 - This is a second line for the plan name if needed - also only applies to extended company name for the cover page. 

 Logo - This is the file name of the company logo that will be printed on the AAP Cover Page. Click on the file:browse.jpg button to locate the logo file. The logo can not exceed 728 wide X 188 high pixels. Pro users will be asked if they wish to apply the selected logo to all plans if the company contains multiple plans.
 
 Delete Button - Pro users may delete the selected plan from a company.

 OK Button - Saves any changes and closes the plan information window.

 Cancel Button - Cancels any changes and closes the plan information window.
