The following features are unique to the Pro version. All of the features of the regular version are available in the Pro version.

  • One Button Multiple Plan Import is available for workforce and Adverse Impact data. All plans must be in the same company.
  • Company in the Pro version is a shell that holds related plans with the same plan dates. Example: Sample Company has three locations, Dallas, Denver and New York with the same plan year. The plans for all three locations may be placed in the same company. Employees will roll into their supervisors’ plans and the appropriate annotations will be generated.
  • ((RollUpPlans Plan Roll Up)) allows the user to import and create plans for all company locations then roll the employees from smaller plans into their supervisors’ plans without manipulating the plan codes. Per regulations, the default threshold is 50, but user may change the threshold. Annotations are created as necessary. ((RollupReports Reports can also be printed according to a rollup)).
  • Work With All Plans allows user to view and edit data for all plans in a Company at one time.
  • Copy to another plan allows the user to copy information from one plan to another plan if the information was not copied when the new plan was created. This option is available for Departments, Job Groups, and Jobs.
  • Add in Job Groups adds job groups for employees that come into a plan through roll-up and the job group does not exist in the supervisor’s plan.
  • Import Jobs from Other Plans brings in the job groups and jobs for employees that come into a plan through roll-up.
  • Feeders from Other Plans is an option available to Pro users. Job groups and jobs from other plans in the same Company can be selected as feeders groups when calculating availability percentages.
