The Salary Code Table reports prints a list of all salary ranges corresponding to the salary codes entered for each employee. Most companies wish to print their Workforce Analysis with salary codes rather than actual salaries to protect the confidentiality of their compensation data. It is usually necessary to submit this report during an OFCCP audit to supplement the salary codes printed on the Workforce Analysis.
