Roll Up Plans

This utility will move employees from plans that are smaller than the specified minimum plan size. Each employee is reassigned to the plan the covers that employee's supervisor. Clicking the up or down arrow will adjust the minimum plan size. It is advisable to run this option before working on the adverse impact and goals progress modules because any adverse impact and goals progress data from a rolled-up plan will not be transferred to another plan. Checking the Force this plan to be a "base" plan when using the roll-up feature box in the Plan Information window will prevent employees in the current plan from being reassigned to their supervisor's plan.
