The Availability Calculations for Factors 1A and 1B Report is helpful when your company is audited by the OFCCP, and the Compliance Officer requests to see the actual availability calculations. The report is completed by job group and show the analysis by job title. There will be four reports if both Factors 1a and 1b are utilized.
