Prepare for an OFCCP Audit

If you are on a Corporate Scheduling Announcement List* (CSAL) or if you have received an OFCCP scheduling letter, don’t panic, but do take it seriously. The Complete AAP has a full set templates that provide most of the Itemized Listing submission requirements on the OFCCP’s scheduling letter. What you’ll need is found in the Audit icon.

Download and read through this document before submitting any data, reports, or documents to OFCCP.

Prepare Your Reports

  1. Launch The Complete AAP.

  2. Open the company that is under audit.

  3. Click the Audit icon.

  4. Click on the type of audit for which you received a Scheduling Letter.

  5. Click the Publish button for the first document on the list.


  6. On the right of the window that pops up, uncheck all except the location that is under audit, and select the Publish Type.


  7. Click Publish.

  8. Close the Publish window, and follow the same steps to publish the rest of the documents.

Mid-Year Reporting

Whether running mid-year reports in response to an audit, or whether for internal mid-year reporting, the steps are the same. You may run mid-year reports for any activity, but for audit purposes, you must gather and import only the following data:

  • Applicant Data
  • Hire Data
  • Termination Data
  • Promotion (from and within job groups)
  • Promotion (to job groups)

Please visit Gather Necessary Data for a refresher on the fields that are required for importing Employment Activities. You may import employment activities into your current AAP year, or you can create an exact copy of your current AAP year in order to run the Mid-Year Analyses. Follow the instructions below after you have vetted and imported the required data.

Run Mid-Year Analyses

  1. Launch The Complete AAP.

  2. Open the current year’s company record.

  3. Click the Audit icon.

  4. Select the appropriate Audit Type.


  5. Click Publish.

  6. Make selections in the pop-up window and click Publish.

  7. Review the Disparity Analysis reports to ensure that the totals are correct.

  8. Review the Goals Progress reports to ensure that the totals are correct.
