The Any Difference rule can be used to calculate Female and Minority Availability in the Complete AAP’s Availability Analysis, Utilization Summary and Annual Goals reports. Use of the Any Difference Rule will compare your current utilization of females and minorities to the total availability that is determined by the selection of factors, the weight placed on them, and the Statistical Sources selected in the 2-Factor Weights window.
