From YMwiki
Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Any Difference Rule can be used to calculate female and minority availability in the Complete AAP’s Availability Analysis, Utilization Summary and Annual Goals reports. Use of the Any Difference Rule will compare your current utilization of females and minorities to the total availability that is determined by the selection of factors, the weight placed on them, and the statistical sources selected on the Weights tab of the Job Group Edit window. The calculation method of each job group can be set in the Availability & Utilization tab of the Job Group Edit window.
