The Data Utilization Summary of Individuals with Disabilities compares the number of employees who self-identified as individuals with disabilities to the total number of employees in the group. The group’s utilization is compared to the Disabled Availability percentage to determine if the group met the goal selected for the group.
What should you look for?
- 1. If your company has chosen to use the goal set by OFCCP, does the value in the Disabled Availability column match the disabled availability percentage shown on the OFCCP website?
- 2. If your company has chosen to set its own goals, does the value in the Disabled Availability column reflect the company established goal?
