You may customize your Women and Minorities, Disabled and Veterans and Compensation Analysis narratives after publishing your plans to Microsoft Word and PDF documents.

a) To customize a narrative that has been published to Word simply open the document, go to the text you wish to change and add or replace text as needed.
b) To customize a narrative that has been published to PDF you will need a creation utility program, such as Adobe PDF Writer, installed on your PC. If you wish to change several words you may use the text editing feature of the PDF software. If you wish to make more extensive changes you will probably want to create the page in Word, convert it to PDF and then replace the page or pages utilizing the option to insert or replace pages in the PDF creation utility program.

You may customize your plan narratives prior to publishing your plans by following the Customizing Your Plan Layout and Design procedures to create a template that will allow you to publish narratives with reports inserted at the appropriate points.
