General Information

You may access this window by clicking the Vet & Dis icon on the tool. Options for all the veterans and disabled reports within The Complete AAP can be set by utilizing the features within this window. Data Entry

  • Recruitment Efforts
You may type in information about the various outreach efforts you participated in during the previous year. This information will be published in your Recruitment Efforts report.

Reports You may set the reports options for the following reports: Data Collection Analysis of Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities Report
Utilization Summary of Individuals with Disabilities Report
Assessment of Outreach and Recruitment Activities for Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities Report
Hiring Benchmark for Protected Veterans Report

AAP for Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities

For AAPs on or After 3/24/2014
If your plan date starts on or after 3/24/14 we suggest you choose one of these publishing option.
For AAPs Prior To 3/24/2014
If your plan date starts before 3/24/14 we suggest you choose one of these publishing.

Controls

  • Options Buttons
Click on the Options button next to any of the reports to set options, preview, print or export an individual report.
  • Publish to PDF Button 3-7-14.png
Creates a .pdf file that is stored in the plan's Support Docs folder when the Publish to PDF Button 3-7-14.png button is clicked. The Support Docs folder is accessed by clicking the Pen and Folder icon on the blue screen.
  • Publish to Word Button 3-7-14.png
Creates a Microsoft Word file that is stored in the plan's Support Docs folder when the Publish to Word Button 3-7-14.png button is clicked. The Support Docs folder is accessed by clicking the Pen and Folder icon on the blue screen.
  • View PDF Button 3-7-14.png
Displays the published PDF document.
  • View Word Button 3-7-14.png
Displays the published Word document.
