- The new regulations become effective on March 24, 2014. Various components of both rules will be phased in over the next few months.

Does your software have any tools or reports that will help contractors comply with the new rules?
- Our software provides the opportunity for a contractor to evaluate the utilization of protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
- Tools
- The workforce and adverse impact import templates have been modified to include yes/no columns for veterans and disabled data.
- There is an Outreach & Recruitment Efforts Window in which you may enter the evaluation of your outreach and recruitment activities for the year. You may access this window by clicking on the Vet & Dis icon in the tool bar and then clicking the Recruitment Efforts button under Data Entry.
