The Complete AAP 12™ has a few computer requirements and recommendations that should be noted before attempting to download or install.
Recommended Hardware
| Memory (RAM) | 8 GB. More memory will increase the performance of the application substantially. |
| Hard Drive | 1 GB of free hard drive space. More space available will increase the amount of data that can be stored and increase application performance. |
| Display | A monitor with a resolution of 1920 × 1080. A resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels would be the absolute minimum required. |
| Input Device | Keyboard and mouse or compatible pointing device. |
| Internet Connection | An internet connection is required during the initial setup process. The internet connection can be disabled after the software has been installed and set up for all users. It is recommended to always have internet available because The Complete AAP 12™ has the ability of applying maintenance releases automatically. |
Recommended Software
| Operating System | Windows 10 (Windows 7 may work, but because Microsoft has stopped with security updates as of Jan 2020, it is not recommended.) Apple, Linux and other operating systems are not supported. |
| Framework | The Complete AAP 12™ is targeted for a .NET framework of 4.6.2 and above. If you don’t know what this means, don’t worry. Most Windows PCs with current updates will meet this requirement. |
| Spreadsheet | Although not required, it is nice to have Microsoft Excel (or an equivalent spreadsheet application) installed. |
| Word Processing | Although not required, it is nice to have Microsoft Word (or an equivalent word processing application) installed. |
| The Complete AAP 12™ has the ability to create PDF files. Most internet browsers can read a PDF file natively. |
