Outreach Import Template

Template Overview

The Outreach import template is a CSV file that includes all of the outreach recruitment data for a company and its locations.

Template Functionality

When imported, the Outreach import template performs the following functions:

  • Inserts New:
    • Outreach Recruitment Activities

Template Layout

All fields/columns in this template must exist in the CSV file in the order that they appear below and each record/row of the CSV file defines a single outreach recruitment activity. A quick way to build this template is to use the Create/View Template Button within the Import window.

Field / Column Value Required? Description Example Excel Column
Location Code Yes A code assigned to the location and/or AAP in which an employee works. SACR A
Recruitment Activity Name Yes A descriptive name of the recruitment activity. Participated in a Veteran Job Fair. B
Date of Activity Yes If the recruitment activity occurred on a specific date, use this field. This field is required if the “Ongoing” field is set to No. 08/13/2019 C
Ongoing? Yes Does this recruitment activity always occur (doesn’t have a set date)? Common codes are:

Y : Yes
N : No

During the import, it will ask you to map or define a value if it doesn’t recognize it. 		N D
Description Yes A description of the recruitment activity. A long description of the activity. E
Evaluation Yes An evaluation of the recruitment activity. Received 25 applications from qualified veterans. F
Include In Vets? Yes Should this recruitment activity be included in the Vets AAP? Common codes are:

Y : Yes
N : No

During the import, it will ask you to map or define a value if it doesn’t recognize it. 		Y G
Include In IWD? Yes Should this recruitment activity be included in the Individuals with Disabilities AAP? Common codes are:

Y : Yes
N : No

Include In W/M AAP? Yes Should this recruitment activity be included in the Women & Minorities AAP? Common codes are:

Y : Yes
N : No
