The Complete AAP 12™ software can be downloaded securely from your client control panel on the Yocom & McKee, Inc. website. After downloading, you are ready to install.
Downloading Instructions
- Visit the Software Client Login page.
- Type in your 16 digit registration code. If you have forgotten your code, please email ask@yocom-mckee.com or access our Live Chat during business hours.
- Click the Login button.
- Click the Download The Complete AAP 12™ Software link.
- A “Setup.exe” file that has been digitally signed will be downloaded to your computer. In a Windows 10 environment, this file will typically be saved to the “This PC > Downloads” folder. Your internet browser should also show the file at the bottom of the window.
- Proceed to the Installation Types section to determine what kind of installation procedure should be followed next.

- Is the Setup.exe file safe to download?
- Yes. The file has been digitally signed by Yocom & McKee, Inc. and has been scanned for viruses.
- I downloaded the Setup.exe file, but I can’t find it.
- The location of your downloaded file (Setup.exe) is dependent on your internet browser settings. Most browsers will save this file to your Downloads folder on your computer, but this setting can be overwritten by the user or the IT department. In rare situations, your IT department may have restricted the ability to download files to your PC. If you are having difficulty finding the file, please consult with your IT department.
- I downloaded the Setup.exe file, but nothing is happening.
- The next step would be to install the software by double-clicking the Setup.exe file. We recommend reading the Installation Types section before doing this.
- I double-clicked on the Setup.exe file, but it doesn’t show me an installation screen.
- After you have double-clicked the Setup.exe file, it will start installing the software in the background. Depending on the speed of your computer, you may notice an icon in your taskbar indicating installation progress. An installation screen will not appear, but when the installation has been completed, The Complete AAP 12™ software will start and appear on your screen. You will also have a shortcut called “The Complete AAP12” on your Windows Desktop.
- Can I delete the Setup.exe file after I’ve successfully installed the software?
- Yes. If for any reason, you need to install the software again, or if you’ve lost the icon on your desktop to start The Complete AAP 12™, you can easily download the setup file again from your client control panel on our website.
